Will I receive a refund if I return my WiFiBOX earlier than planned?
No. If you return your WiFiBOX before your scheduled return date, the unused portion of your rental fee will not be refunded.
About refunds
Your rental fee is fixed based on the rental period selected when you place your booking.
For this reason, returning the device early does not qualify for a partial refund.
Why refunds are not available
When you pick up your WiFiBOX, the SIM and data service are activated for the full rental period you booked.
As a result, the rental fee is charged for the entire booked period, regardless of how many days you actually use the device.
