What type of charger do I need for my WiFiBOX?


Please use a charger that is compatible with your WiFiBOX model (4G or 5G).

How to identify your device

 

For 4G devices

Please use a USB Type-C charger (recommended) or a USB Type-A charger.
If you use a USB Type-A charger, we recommend one with an output of 2A or less.


For 5G devices

Please use a USB Type-C charger.


Important information

Some high-output chargers may not charge the device properly.
In addition, chargers designed specifically for certain devices—such as iPhone or IQOS chargers—may not work correctly with WiFiBOX, even if the connector fits.

Charger compatibility may vary. If possible, we recommend bringing more than one charger when you travel, so you have an alternative if one does not work properly.
