What should I do if the rental station is full and I cannot return my WiFiBOX?
If all slots at the rental station are full, please use another return method.
What to do if you cannot return the device
Ask the facility staff
If staff are available nearby, such as at a hotel, ask whether they can make a slot available for your return.
Please note that some facilities may not be able to assist.
Use another rental station
If another WiFiBOX rental station is nearby, please consider returning the device there instead.
Use an airport return box
Telecom Square return boxes are available at the following airports:
- New Chitose Airport
- Narita Airport Terminal 1
- Narita Airport Terminal 2
- Haneda Airport Terminal 2
- Haneda Airport Terminal 3
- Chubu Centrair International Airport
- Kansai International Airport Terminal 1
- Fukuoka Airport International Terminal
Please ask at the airport information desk or look for the Telecom Square counter.
If you place the device in another company's return box, late fees or a compensation fee may apply.
After placing the device in a return box, you should receive a return confirmation email later that day or on the following day.
