If the rental extension deadline has passed, you can no longer extend your rental. Please return your WiFiBOX as soon as possible.

Once the extension deadline has passed, no further extensions can be processed.
Please return your WiFiBOX as soon as you can.
Charges for a late return
Rental fees will continue to apply until the device is returned, even if internet access has already been suspended.
Additional charges after seven days
If your WiFiBOX has not been returned within seven days of the scheduled return date, a ¥15,000 compensation fee will be charged in addition to the late fees.
Late fees and the compensation fee will not be waived even if you return the device at a later date.
