What is Wi-Fi Insurance?


Wi-Fi Insurance is an optional service that covers part or all of the compensation fee if your WiFiBOX is lost or damaged.


When is it covered?

Wi-Fi Insurance may apply in situations such as:
  1. Your WiFiBOX is stolen.
  2. You accidentally lose your WiFiBOX.
  3. You drop your WiFiBOX and it is damaged.
  4. Your WiFiBOX is exposed to water and stops working.
Warning
You may be required to provide supporting documents, such as a police report or theft report, depending on the circumstances.

What is not covered?

Wi-Fi Insurance does not apply in cases such as:
  1. Intentional damage (for example, throwing or disassembling the device)
  2. Failure to return your WiFiBOX

What does the insurance cover?

Wi-Fi Insurance covers compensation fees only.
The following costs are not covered:
  1. Business losses caused by connectivity issues
  2. Additional transportation or accommodation expenses
  3. Indirect losses, such as ticket costs or cancellation fees

Important notes

You must submit a claim using the designated form by your scheduled return date.
If you do not submit your claim by the deadline, you may not be eligible for coverage.
