My WiFiBOX LEDs keep flashing and I cannot operate the device


If the WiFiBOX LEDs repeatedly turn on and off by themselves and the device does not respond, the device may be faulty.

Common symptoms

The following symptoms may indicate a device failure:
  1. The LEDs repeatedly turn on and off by themselves, as if the device is restarting
  2. The buttons do not respond
  3. The device does not start normally

Possible cause

These symptoms may occur when there is an internal electrical fault, such as a short circuit.
When contacting us, please also let us know if either of the following applies:
  1. The device became wet
  2. The device was dropped or subjected to a strong impact
