My WiFiBOX had a low battery when I picked it up
If your WiFiBOX has a low battery when you pick it up, the device may be faulty.
Please contact our Customer Support Center as soon as possible.
Normal battery level
WiFiBOX devices are normally provided with a battery level between 70% and 100%.
Under normal conditions, four battery indicator LEDs (or, in rare cases, three LEDs) should be lit when you receive the device.
When the battery level may indicate a problem
If two or fewer battery indicator LEDs are lit when you pick up your WiFiBOX, the device may be faulty.
If you have been using your WiFiBOX as a power bank, the battery indicator may temporarily show a lower battery level than the actual charge.
Restarting the device should restore the correct battery level display.
