My Page shows "Waiting for Pick-up" after extending my rental. Is this normal?


Yes. This is normal.
Even if "Waiting for Pick-up" appears in My Page after extending your rental, you do not need to pick up another WiFiBOX.

Please continue using the WiFiBOX you already have.

About the status display

After your rental extension is processed, "Waiting for Pick-up" may be displayed temporarily.
Once the new rental period begins, the status will automatically change to "Picked up".
