No. There is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel your booking, any amount you have already paid will be refunded in full.
Charges for cancellations
When a booking is cancelled, the full amount paid will be refunded.
No cancellation fees or other additional charges will apply.
When cancellation is not available
You cannot cancel your booking if either of the following applies:
- You have already picked up your WiFiBOX.
- Your scheduled pickup date has already passed.
In these cases, the booking cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
