Is it normal for the middle LED to flash?

Is it normal for the middle LED to flash?

Yes. A flashing middle LED is normal.

What the middle LED means

When the middle LED is flashing, it means that data is currently being transmitted.
In most cases, this indicates that the device is operating normally.

If the LED is flashing but you cannot use the internet

If the middle LED is flashing but you still cannot connect to the internet, one of the following may be the cause.

You have used all of your daily data allowance

If you are using a 200 MB, 500 MB, or 1 GB plan, you may have reached your daily data limit.
Once the data allowance has been used, the connection speed will be significantly reduced and the internet may become almost unusable.
Your data allowance resets at midnight Japan time, so please wait until then.

A temporary device issue has occurred

If you are using an unlimited data plan, try turning the WiFiBOX off and back on several times.
If the issue continues, please refer to this article and contact our Customer Support Center.
