Yes. Even if you have Wi-Fi Insurance, you must return your WiFiBOX.


Returning your WiFiBOX is always required

WiFiBOX is a rental product and must be returned after use.
Enrolling in Wi-Fi Insurance does not exempt you from returning the device.

What is not covered?

Charges related to late returns or failure to return the device are not covered by Wi-Fi Insurance.
Wi-Fi Insurance only covers compensation fees for loss or damage. It does not apply to fees incurred because the device was returned late or not returned at all.
