I haven't received the pickup instructions email
Even if you have not received the pickup instructions email, you can view the same information in My Page and pick up your WiFiBOX as usual.
When the email is sent
The pickup instructions email is sent starting three days before your scheduled pickup date.
If your scheduled pickup date is four or more days away, the email has not been sent yet.
Please wait until your pickup date gets closer.
We cannot guarantee the exact time the email will arrive. In most cases, it will be delivered in the afternoon.
If you booked at short notice
For bookings made shortly before the pickup date, the email is usually sent within five minutes of completing your booking.
However, delivery may take slightly longer during busy periods.
If the email does not arrive
You can check the pickup instructions in My Page and proceed with the pickup without the email.
If you need to pick up your WiFiBOX soon, please use the instructions shown in My Page.
