How much battery will my WiFiBOX have when I pick it up?


Your WiFiBOX will have a battery level of approximately 70% to 100% when you pick it up.


Battery level at pickup

WiFiBOX devices are provided with enough battery power for immediate use.
In most cases, you can start using the device without charging it first.

Why the battery level may vary

The rental station dispenses devices in order of battery level, starting with the most highly charged device.
Devices with less than 70% battery remaining are not normally dispensed.
This means you should not receive a device with an extremely low battery level.

What to check at pickup

If two or fewer battery indicator LEDs are lit when you pick up your WiFiBOX, the device may be faulty.
