How many devices can I connect to WiFiBOX at the same time?


WiFiBOX supports multiple simultaneous connections. The maximum number of connected devices depends on the device model.

Maximum number of connected devices

  1. 4G model: Up to 5 devices
  2. 5G model: Up to 10 devices

Although you can connect multiple devices, the available bandwidth is shared among them. For the best experience, we recommend:
  1. 4G model: 1–2 devices
  2. 5G model: Around 5 devices

Notes when connecting multiple devices

Connecting multiple smartphones, tablets, or other devices may cause the WiFiBOX battery to drain more quickly.
If you plan to use multiple devices for an extended period, we recommend charging the WiFiBOX regularly.
