You can return your WiFiBOX at a different location.

Please return it at a nearby WiFiBOX rental station, such as one at your new arrival airport.

How to return your WiFiBOX

You do not need to return the device at the location selected when you placed your booking.

Return it at a WiFiBOX rental station at your arrival airport or another convenient location.

You do not need to update your booking or contact our Customer Support Center before changing the return location.

5G devices can only be returned at designated locations.

They cannot be returned at unsupported rental stations.
