You can return your WiFiBOX by inserting it into an empty slot at a nearby rental station.

Find a convenient WiFiBOX rental station and insert the device into an available slot.

Check that your return is complete
After inserting the device, make sure you receive a return confirmation email.
If you do not receive the email
If you do not receive a return confirmation email, your return may not have been completed correctly.
Please contact our Customer Support Center as soon as possible.
If you are using a 5G device
5G devices can only be returned at designated locations.
They cannot be returned at unsupported rental stations.
