How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in the email or through My Page.
Unsubscribe using the link in the newsletter (Recommended)
Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
Open the link, enter the email address you wish to unsubscribe, and complete the unsubscribe process.
Unsubscribe through My Page
You can also update your newsletter preferences from My Page.
- Log in to My Page.
- Open View or Edit Account Details.
- Uncheck Subscribe to our newsletter.
- Click (or tap) Update Account Information.
When will the change take effect?
It may take up to one week for your unsubscribe request to be processed.
If you continue to receive newsletters more than one week after unsubscribing, please contact our Customer Support Center.
