If you cannot use your phone's camera, you can still pick up your WiFiBOX by entering the rental station code manually.
How to pick up your WiFiBOX manually
When picking up your WiFiBOX, the QR code scan is used only to identify the rental station.
If you cannot scan the code, simply enter the rental station code manually instead.
The rental station code is the number that starts with "BJ", displayed on the rental station's screen or on a sticker attached to the machine.
Be careful when entering the code
If you enter the wrong rental station code, a WiFiBOX may be dispensed from a different rental station.
If this happens, we cannot cancel the pickup or issue a refund. Please double-check the code before submitting it.
