How can I delete my account?


You can delete your account by logging in to My Page and selecting Delete Account.

Log in to My Page and proceed to Delete Account.



If you cannot delete your account

You cannot delete your account if any of the following conditions apply:
  1. You have an active reservation.
  2. You are currently using a rental device.
  3. You have an unreturned device.
  4. You have outstanding payments.
Once all of the above issues have been resolved, you can proceed with the account deletion process.
