Rental fees are based on how long you keep the device, regardless of whether you use the internet.
If your return is delayed
Even if your return is delayed due to circumstances beyond your control, such as a delayed flight or train, you must extend your rental if you will keep the device beyond the scheduled return date.
Extensions are not applied automatically
Your rental will not be extended automatically because of a delay.
If you do not complete the extension procedure, internet access will be suspended, but rental fees will continue to apply.
If there is a possibility that your return will be delayed, please complete the rental extension in advance.
