No. There are no WiFiBOX return locations outside Japan.
Please return your WiFiBOX at a rental station in Japan. Returns shipped from outside Japan are also not accepted.
Where you can return your WiFiBOX
WiFiBOX can only be returned at rental stations located in Japan.
There are no return locations overseas.

When to return your WiFiBOX
After returning to Japan, please return the device at the nearest WiFiBOX rental station as soon as possible.
Rental charges will continue to apply until the device is returned.
Shipping the device from outside Japan
There is no supported way to return a WiFiBOX from outside Japan.
Please submit a lost device report using this form.
If you did not purchase Wi-Fi Insurance, you will be required to pay the applicable compensation fee.
Although shipping the device from overseas may be physically possible in some cases, the international shipping cost and late fees charged until it arrives in Japan will usually exceed the compensation fee.
WiFiBOX also contains a lithium-ion battery, so finding a courier that can accept the shipment may be difficult.
For these reasons, submitting a lost device report will generally be the most practical and cost-effective option.
