Can I pick up my WiFiBOX before my rental start date?
Yes. You can pick up your WiFiBOX up to 2 days before your scheduled rental start date.
There is no additional charge for early pickup during this period. However, internet service will only be available from your rental start date.

You can pick up your WiFiBOX up to 2 days before your selected departure date / rental start date.
How to place your order and pick up your WiFiBOX
- Select the date you plan to start using your WiFiBOX as your departure date / rental start date.
- Visit your selected WiFiBOX kiosk on the day you wish to pick up the device.
- Complete the standard pickup process and collect your WiFiBOX.
When internet service becomes available
Internet service becomes available from your selected departure date / rental start date.
Please note that the device cannot be used for internet access immediately after pickup.
The departure date / rental start date is based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
Choosing your return date
Please select the date you plan to return the device.
Even if you do not use the internet on the last day, the rental period continues until the device is returned.
