All three red LEDs are flashing and I cannot use my WiFiBOX
If all three red LEDs are flashing rapidly, the WiFiBOX is updating its firmware.
This does not indicate a malfunction. Please wait for the update to finish.
Why does this happen?
In rare cases, a WiFiBOX that has not been rented for a long time may start an automatic update.
How long will it take?
The update usually takes approximately one to three minutes.
Once the update is complete, you can use the WiFiBOX as usual.
Will the update use my data allowance?
No. The firmware update will not use your data allowance.
During the update, the LEDs may flash rapidly and the device may not respond to controls.
